Using reminders

There are two types of reminder: personal reminder and scheme reminder.

These are displayed and can be created either on the dashboard screen, or when viewing a member or partnership profile.

Personal reminders are unique to the admin creating them and will be visible only to them.

Scheme reminders are unique to the scheme and will be visible to all admins with access to the scheme.

Reminders include a 'due date' and will display on the dashboard from 5 days before the due date.

Reminders created from the profile pages will contain a link to the profile page that was being viewed at the time the reminder was created.

All reminders will also be shown in the 'Schedule' which can be accessed from the left-hand menu.

Reminders can also be created from a member profile or partnership profile.

If you are creating a reminder from a member or partnership profile, they will be automatically linked to the profile. When a linked reminder notification pops up on the dashboard it includes a link back to the relevant profile.
