Introduction
SUMAC® gives you the option to configure the flow of matching. For example, do you want the partnership status to first be provisional, or would you prefer to make the partnerships live immediately? Do you want provisional or confirmation emails to send automatically or would you rather do it manually? All of these decisions can be made in the Matching Flow section.
Configuring the matching flow
To use the Matching Flow, you’ll need to head to Scheme Settings and click on the Matching tab. After doing this and scrolling to the bottom, you’ll see the following flow setup.

⚠️ The default Matching Flow settings may suit your scheme, so there may be no need to change them.
