You’ve accepted a partnership, and now you’re looking to meet with your partner - scheduling a meeting will help ensure that this happens.


On the left, click on the name of the scheme that the partnership you want to schedule a meeting is in, find the name of the partner and click their name. This will take you to the partnership page where you can schedule a meeting.

Click Schedule Meeting. This will open up this dialog so you can input the details about the meeting.

If the meeting is a virtual meeting, add in the invite URL in the location text box. Your partner will receive an email with the details and a clickable link.

Once the form has been filled out and you’ve clicked Confirm, you’ll see the meeting in the Upcoming Meetings panel. You can also see it on the Schedule page, accessible from the left menu.
