A red circle next to the bell icon on the Navigation Bar will alert you to new notifications in SUMAC®.
Clicking on the bell icon will open a dropdown list of notifications. You can click through to see more details and can mark as read those you have already seen/actioned.
Functionality
The dropdown will display different types of notifications, with an icon showing the type. Here are a few of the main notification types
General | Process-specific |
General announcement | Member has signed up  |
New feature | Member has withdrawn  |
New knowledge base article | Partnership has been created  |
New blog post | Partnership has gone live  |
New social media post | Auto-matching complete  |
Scheduled maintenance | Email has not been replied to  |
